ClubGG Is It a Good Poker Alternative in 2025
Over the past few years, online poker has changed significantly. Many major platforms have tightened restrictions, increased rake, and made it harder for casual players to win.
At the same time, ClubGG has been gaining popularity as an alternative to traditional poker sites. While it’s not a typical poker network, more and more players are choosing private clubs for several reasons: Lower rake and better deals, softer field with more recreational players, Accessible from countries with restricted online poker.
I’ve been playing in one of the ClubGG clubs for a while now, and I was surprised by the experience. Around 80% of the players are from the U.S., making the games noticeably softer compared to major sites. One thing I really liked is that the club limits player traffic and doesn’t accept players from certain countries, which helps maintain a good ecosystem.
So far, I’ve withdrawn over $3, 000, and the overall conditions seem much better than what I was used to on other platforms.
Has anyone else tried ClubGG? What’s your experience with it?

Played in ClubGG couple of times. Games are compared to casual sites 10x softer, but also the risk. I dont know any real owner IRL. Just got scammed last hour for around 2kish $.... always a up and down. If you know a Agent IRL im certain the games are great for you, else i would be a little more careful about it.
Yeah, I get what you mean. There are definitely some shady clubs out there, but not all of them are like that. I've been playing on ClubGG for a while now and found a solid club with legit players. Players are limited, mostly Americans, and everything runs smoothly.
