[GGPoker] Tech/Location Issues
Any tech wizards able to help me?
So I'm unable to login to GG poker. It errors that my location services are disabled - go to settings. Windows 11 Pro - Laptop.
All my location services are toggled on.
My maps and other applications on laptop are working fine.
GG Poker have been investigating for weeks without resolution.
I can log in from my daughters laptop fine.
I tried a full reset and re-installed Windows11 Pro. Re-installed GG. Got same location error message...... but also got an email saying a new device is trying to login from (my location!)
So part of their service must be recognizing my location?
Location Services: ON
Let Apps access your location: ON
Let desktop apps access location: ON
Really not sure what else to try? Bit of a nightmare as I have a lot of tourny tickets due to expire and match bonus time is evaporating :/
Any help appreciated mucho!

Have the same prob with win7. Tried to get support to set it for me but no good, they just tell me to turn on location lolz. (its already on)...well had to finally made the move to 11.
I had the same issue with GG Poker and it said I was in one province when I wasnt . It was a software issue on their part that took a day to fix
I'm having a nightmare with their tech guys. This has been an issue for weeks now.
Weeks of missed match bonus which has probably expired now. Missed last 4 days of honeymoon bonus for $150. Had to re-install windows losing everything but my files. Spent hours trying to resolve. Am now getting ghosted by support. Anyways, enough of the bad beat sob story.
I've told them I'm able to log in to a different account from my laptop so it cannot be an issue my end.
Any ideas what the issue could be as they don't seem to have a clue?
I can only guess it's something specifically on my account at their end that is denying access from this specific laptop.
I can log in to a different account on this laptop. I can log into my account from other devices. From this laptop, I'm getting the location services error.
Any ideas I can suggest to them?

It doesn't seem to be very busy there, but maybe a computer geek will appear and ask if you have tried turning it off and on again?
