Possible Chip Dumping on the Chico Poker Network?

I don't really play on Chico anymore, but I was clicking around on SharkScope today and came across something that caught my attention.

I found a couple player graphs that look extremely unusual to me and I'm wondering if there's a legitimate explanation that I'm missing. At first glance, it made me think of possible chip dumping. If this does point to chip dumping or another form of abuse, does it matter to the player pool? Is it something the community should be paying more attention to or is there a benign explanation that makes it a non issue?
