Playing from Spain/Greece?
If I'm going abroad this spring semester to Barcelona, I have a few questions regarding online poker and internet.
I'm assuming playing on FTP would be fine there, but would I also be able to register on a non-American site as I'll have an address there?
Also, does anyone know of a wireless card or something I'd be able to buy to get consistent internet there? Something similar to like the Verizon card here.
thanks
jeff

I moved to Spain and want to play online but hassling with the proxy is a ball ache. Mi Espanol es muy mal but are there any legitamate Spanish sites I can play on with no proxy?
Old thread but CoinPoker accepts global players because it's a crypto poker site
I grinded there when I was in Spain
Spent a semester in Madrid a few years back and played on PokerStars.es the whole time without any issues, registration was straightforward with a local address. Barcelona should be fine for most European-licensed sites. For internet, a local SIM with data from Vodafone Spain or Orange was way more reliable and cheaper than any roaming card from back home.
Spent a semester in Madrid a few years back and played on PokerStars.es the whole time with no issues using a local address. Getting a prepaid SIM with data from Vodafone or Movistar was way cheaper than any travel card and I had solid enough connection to multi-table. Just watch out for peak evening hours in shared apartments, connection would get shaky on my old place.
