[GGPoker] Options for new Russian players?

This isn't for me but a friend in Russia who'd like to stake some of my tourneys in client.

We have tried to make the GG pass thing for poker stake the website but I think they can only use the Russia only skin? (okpoker)

Is it simply not possible due to visa/mastercard being sanctioned so no new accounts can not deposit via that method, and all the current russian players are on GG since they signed and deposited pre sanction?

Also is pokerok a ring fenced pool or is it a skin for the global pool on GG?

Any Russian players who are more in the know of what to do here, I would appreciate the help.
