[Bet365] Illegal Withdrawal from My Bet365 Account?
Hello, first of all, if this topic does not belong in this section, please redirect it to the appropriate one.
I have been playing poker for just over 10 years, during which I have had an account at Bet365, along with other sites. I usually play at night, between 9:00 PM and midnight, typically at NL50 tables. My username is 3Betsun. A little over 2 months ago, I logged out as usual, with $750 in my account. The next day, when I logged back in, I saw that my balance was only $0.45, which immediately made me check my account (I thought I might have accidentally registered for a tournament). I found nothing unusual in the game history. Then, I checked the withdrawal history and was surprised to see that there had been a withdrawal of $750 to a credit card that is obviously not mine.
My main payment method is Neteller, and I only used a credit card once, back in 2010, to deposit, but that card is no longer registered on the site.
I contacted support through the chat, and they quickly closed my account to initiate a "review." I have asked more than 20 times about the status of my account, and they always tell me I have to wait for the team in charge to respond. In one of those chat sessions, they acknowledged that I did not have a credit card registered, which makes it clear that someone accessed my account without authorization. What stands out to me is that no deposit with this card was required in order to make a withdrawal to it. One of the conditions for all betting sites is that you must deposit first in order to withdraw using the same method. This did not happen in this case, which makes me think this was an inside job at Bet365.
I’m not sure what else to do. I’ve submitted my details, photos of my identification, but honestly, I don’t think they will return the money.
Any comments or suggestions? Best regards.

Inside job rofl. Yeah for sure someone working at b365 used his hers own card to scam 750$ from you. Most likely your password etc has leaked from somewhere. They should return the money to you when it's obvious the card was never used before like you mentioned. Should use 2fa tbh so situations like this can't happen.
So, is it normal for you to be able to withdraw using a payment method without registering it beforehand? It's not normal to me. Anyway, from what I can tell, they want to delay the resolution until I give up.

3 emails a week seeking status is a little over the top. Let the team in charge finish their review.
Thanks Mike:
"Authorized withdrawals will normally be processed through the same payment method used to deposit funds into the account, unless, in the case where funds were deposited through more than one payment method, the withdrawal will be split proportionally between those payment methods."
Maybe, but they always say that after 96 hours they will have an answer, and the answer is always, come back in another 96 hours. :s
You should be fine, then, but
"29.2 If we are unable to settle the dispute within eight weeks of receiving it, either party is entitled to refer the dispute to the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS)"
implies you'll be waiting for them for up to 8 weeks to come to a decision.
Have you considered that your account was presumably hacked, and, more to the point, have you found out how, and what other accounts may be at risk?
8 weeks! I hadn't read that. Yes, of course. Before this, I used the same email and password for all my poker accounts. Luckily, it only happened on 365. I took the necessary measures with all the other sites. But well, I'll just have to keep waiting. Thanks, Mike.
