Global Poker = Disloyal to players

Hello my name is Jake Bohall and just 2 days ago I was robbed by GLOBAL POKER for $12,000. I actually never seen this coming like at all I have been a long time player on GLOBAL POKER AND I HA E ALWAYS REALLY ENJOYED PLAYING ON THE WEBSITE so you all know what that means I have spent a lot of money on their website. Now being that I have been a long time customer of theirs Global Poker has sent me gifts in the mail my last gift I received was a pair of headphones with their logo on it thanking me for being a loyal customer which I thought was pretty cool if you ask meÂ… Also when you spend a lot of money on there website they tend to send you FREE SC back to play with basically all that is they just want you to keep coming and spending money lolÂ… In the past few months they have probably sent me $400 in free play but what is super funny about all this is that the entire time I have been a loyal customer of thereÂ’s they have never mentioned not even once that my account is in violation of their terms never not once.. Just 2 nights ago I was playing on their website and I hit for $12,000 immediately I go in and start trying to redeem my winnings but for some reason I have to add my bank account details all over again now you know what that means itÂ’s going to take longer anyway I did just that I added my bank account back in and waited for about 24hrs after 24hrs I figured I would check to see if my bank account details were accepted so that I could redeem my winnings and when I click on login a small message pops up telling me my account is now BLOCKED $12,000 is a lot of money to me so ya IM PISSED IÂ’ve emailed them multiple times they wonÂ’t give me any explanation which is just crazy to me seems that Ive been a long time loyal customer of theirs not just in my eyes but there eyes too hell they sent me headphones for it.. So the night I won the $12,000 my 9 year old daughter hears me telling my girlfriend about my winnings and out of excitement when my daughter walked in my room I tell her weÂ’re gonna have a good Christmas this year she is 9 years old so now she is super excited with me my daughter and I are super close after her mom walked out on us out of no where no warning no nothing after 14 years so my daughter has had her heart broken and now because GLOBAL POKER wants to be thieves now she gonna think IÂ’m the worst father ever after I have to tell her that this Christmas is not going to be all that great anymore anyway
