That's fair. From a pure WR ranking standpoint, I think I'd slot him between Olave and Tet for current UD ADP right now, though I like Higgins more. I could see arguments of Nabers > Wilson, Tet, Egbuka, Ladd, etc. I think I like Flowers more than Nabers too. I need more Flowers.

I think you need 5 QBs with this start

I agree, or at the very least a 4th. I probably take a 3rd projected week 1 starting QB either over Javonte or Hendo.

But I like the start with 0 QBs through the first two rounds. I’ve been doing some.

Is this team gross or does the value make up for it? Wish I had gone Mayer instead of Ferg.

Is it normal in dynasty for a guy to demand to know who you are taking with a pick before they will trade with you ?

I’ll discuss potential player picks if I think it’s relevant to a deal. But not demand.

I should have just lied to him but he picks back to back and would have just tried to send me 1.8 instead of 1.7 .

Yeah, if he really wants KC he should tell you only 1.08 is available.

Seems odd for a guy with back to back picks to not counter with the 2nd of the 2 picks.

Speaking of dynasty, I offered half my league the 5.12 (rookie draft) this year for mid to early 4th next year and got called out for a shitty trade offer in the group chat. This is a best ball dynasty league where you roster 30 and my team is deep so I offered to the teams that don’t have 30 guys + picks this year. Was that a bad offer? I would accept if I got the offer with their rosters.

He originally offered me the second of the two picks but I refused to take it .

5.12 for a 5th next year is a standard “winning” dynasty move bc the picks as liquid assets are worth more than any player you can actually take with the pick + if you can’t move the pick 27 5th is likely to be better than 5.12 by just the fact it’s impossible to be worse than 5.12

It’s why you’ll see a lot of ppl offer 3.10 for 27 3rd, etc…

So yeah offering 5.12 for next years 4th is pretty bad, albeit all those picks are basically worthless anyway

This is one of my least favorite parts about dynasty which I’ve learned as I’ve played more and more dynasty. The best way to play is super formulaic and very grindy… I’m too lazy to send trades like that to everyone bc it’s a pain in the ass to grind out these minor edges over and over again
