anyone else experiencing difficulty cashing out at 888 ??

I tried to do a cash out at 888 recently using the only withdrawal method they provide I used the saved information that I used in the past and got an email that my wire transfer was declined by my bank I was unable to get past their bott to discuss further and they don't seem to provide much in the way of real contact information . I did find away to reply to one of their emails but was sent an auto reply that it takes up to 72 hours for them to reply
