Why does GTO do this?

In 6-max no limit hold'em, if UTG raises to 2BB, HJ 3-bets to 6.5BB and it folds around to UTG, why is UTG 4-betting 100% of the time with AA but shoving 100% of the time with AKo and shoving around 50% of the time with KK and AKs according to GTO? Is it because of the greater equity AA has and so is willing to play on for longer?

Depends on how deep. Obviously, you just want to shove AK and take it or see 5 cards, but with AA, you don't mind luring them to call or shove light. Don't need a solver to figure that out.

AA is less vulnerable than KK. An ace on the flop greatly weakens KK. With AA there are not as many flops that are bad. AK is more vulnerable, because when it misses it is only ace high. There are spots that come up like this post flop as well. There are quite a few spots in poker where you want to call with sets, but raise with two pair. Sets have a greater likelihood of turning into a full house and two pair is more likely to get outdrawn by a higher two pair. Even though sets are a stronger hand they are less vulnerable and are raised less often.

The 4bet jams OOP with AKo are so polarized, it’s the only hand the solver does this with. That and maybe A5s I think.
