How much should vpip sway from the norm. based off of the table?
I'm an experienced player that's trying to grind the micros but I still feel like my vpip is to high. I feel comfortable at plo$200 based on skill level (not bankroll hehe) but if at a 9 ring $2/$2 cash game my vpip is around 30% at micro stakes 6 ring should my vpip be around 40%?

Yes, you are an experienced player I'm sure. If you were, you'd know what your VPIP should be, but you actually aren't that experienced are you? The only thing you are experienced in is flooding the forum with your threads and insulting anyone who responds to you. You are an experienced player I'm sure. An experienced player in losing. 😃
