Lost my WSOP receipt (W-2G form I believe)

Hi,

This is about the WSOP (live) I played in 2022.

I have been trying to reach WSOP crew through their numbers (caesars) and haven't been able to find them.

I need this form for tax purposes, total prize was 18k, paid some taxes etc, but I really need that form they deliver when you withdraw the money.

I have sent emails to every possible address they have:

support@wsop.com (this is probably just the online room)

No answers at all.

I also called Paris with no success.

Has anyone gone through this?
