Party Poker in Spain

Hello everyone, I am just about to deposit a sum of money, into this site, even after reading all the stuff online, about rigging, bots, collusion and so on, scary stuff for a newbie. Anyway, I have been studying for about 3 months, GTO and all the other stuff, at this stage, is completely mind blowing for newbies. My question is, how do I track my hand history, wins and losses ect.. as they don't allow hud's, not that I would know how to use them anyway.
