This may seem like a dumb question but why is it that the solver likes to 3b or 4b bluff A4s but not A3 A5. They all seem to have the same value and nut potential so what is it about A4?

I can't answer this with any surety. You might want to post the question in the Poker Theory/GTO thread.
You probably have some very specific, maybe simplified (or bad overall ranges). Usually all of them are used in various spots you mentioned
