That old movie that I can't remember
The movie came out somewhere between 1955 and 1963 or so. A woman poker player as I remember is the main character and plays round table games. I don't think there are any tournaments in the movie. help please

Sounds a lot like Texas Lady or Outlaw Queen both have a woman leading the poker action at a round table, no tournaments. I’ve seen those win masters type lists that push later films, like The Cincinnati Kid, but your description really matches these two.
