Favorite dealer's choice game?

Here's mine, and I hope you end up trying it in your cardroom!

The game is called Banana Boat - Why? I have no idea

You are dealt 6 cards preflop, and you make 3 Hold 'Em hands. These hands are locked in ahead of time and cannot be changed.

Then you play a single runout game of NLHE, after the cards are dealt but before each round of betting everyone mucks one of their hands. By the river everyone left only has one holdem hand and it will play like a normal hand of poker.

Intuitive, tons of fun, and always brings in action from players who don't normally like to get crazy.
