Bounty pko spot deep itm

We are deep in the 11$ pko turbo on gg. Play a cl on the table for hours and gathered a huge bounty.

CL joins the table. Im in position and his 1st hand he scoops another pot and a bounty.

2nd hand we are sb vs bb. And no action earlier he jams 150bb. I play 70-80bb and around 40/350 left.

Deep itm and a big spot. Huge mtt pko decision. If i win ik take the Cl with 150bb.

If i lose i hate myself. What is our range? Do we and only call kk+? Or wider because he never 1010+ right or lower. And ak aq etc.

What is his range? Can we call 75-80% ahead even we play 80bb and lose. Hoe much icm and getting a better spot for bountys plays.

Thanks

Its a very strange spot. if you were relatively short stacked it would be because he wants you to fold and he might be doing it with any Ax or PP hand.

It just seems unlikely that he would risk losing half his stack with a trash hand. It could be AQ+/99+ type hands. It also could be JJ/AK/QQ. The thing is not many people jam with AA to win the blinds because they are likely to win a big pot if called.

Ultimately I wouldn't call with AQ or worse hands. I definitely wouldn't call with TT or worse PP's. Not sure if I would call with JJ. I think I call with QQ+ though it is possible Villain has KK and just doesn't want to play it OOP. But that I think is unlikely because if an A hits the flop he could just get away from it.

If I knew that I would be 80% ahead (like with AA) I would always call here. We would have a chance to to go extremely deep and win a lot of bounties.

It would be good to see his range when he jams with you in position to call. So maybe folding most hands here is good and wait to see his range and frequency of jamming in these spots.

I don't think in a non-satellite you could ever fold a 75-80% shot. but shoving here makes absolutely no sense so I don't know what his range is. I probably just err on the safe side. I mean you can't go that wrong with KK+ / AKs. If you think his shoving range is gonna be wide enough to include pairs, I might go down as far as TT. But it doesn't make any sense and I don't want to be flipping here.
