Bro, in a way, I kinda know how you feel.

I played 6+, made 5$ from 0.80 cents, hoped on getting to 10$ to cash out but blow it on the way.

That was my last money and hoped to grind enough to make it to the salary day. Wich is next week.

I see this a lot and I would be willing to bet you are playing too many hands. You seem upset about it, but the ones I see do it all the time. They like the thrill of cracking aces with 23. That sly grin as guy with aces throws a tantrum.

What I see happen is a player is playing a lot of junk, starts connecting & builds a big stack. To the novice it looks like a strong player, but by continuing this style, the cards turn & soon he’s broke.

Maybe you were playing solid when winning, then went on ‘happy tilt’ and started playing too many hands then.

Otherwise, it’s a game of ups and downs. I can only tell you that when I get up like that, it becomes very hard to pry those chips away from me, playing strong hands in position with the initiative. Try that next time. Fold those OOP marginals and you won’t lose your stack.
