Very fast-paced tournament strategy
Let's say you're playing in a very hyper turbo tournament where levels climb so fast players commonly sit 3-5BB deep on average.
In such a tournament, let's say you're down to final 3 tables. Which would net the most EV.
Playing fast to get more hands in and build a stack.
Playing slow because on such shallow depths other tables playing fast will quickly eliminate players allowing you to ladder fast.
Or there's no meaningful change in EV.
Bonus question:
Obviously everyone implements push-fold strategies in such a tournament. Those who are familiar with push-fold charts know that 3BB or 5BB deep you start pushing overwhelming majority of your hands.
But with most of the table being this shallow and ICM considerations in play, would you push significantly tighter than these charts say?

Playing slow is EV+ if you don't get caught.
Absent knowing how the payoff structure works you can not answer the question. Slow is a + at placing in the upper 50%. It is a minus at placing first.
I wouldn't make any changes. A bad shove does not become a good shove if, all things being equal, the next level is in two minutes as opposed to 20. The exploit might be to call lighter if you think the average donk is shoving absurdly light because ZOMG TURBO
