Looking for a grindhouse in Malta or Europe

Hello. My name is Mario, I am spanish 22 years old and I play online MTT. I am thinking of leaving spain to somewhere in Europe to play online poker. I dont know if you guys know any grindhouse with young online poker players in Malta or somewhere else in Europe. If I cant find one I ll just live by myself but I think it would be much better for my poker career to find one. Thanks so much for your time.
