Should I be folding?

Should I be folding?

Hi guys,
I'm new here and hoping I have posted in the right place.. I played a hand where I felt I could be behind but also felt like I can't really fold in this spot, I need some opinions.

I'm in an mtt, average skill set game.
Blind level is 500/1000 +1000 anti.
Im utg with QQ with roughly 50bb sta k and raise 3.5x. SB calls and BB 3bets to 8.5k. I flat call and sb calls.
Pot is about 26k.
Flop comes 10 high with possible flush draw.
BB donk bets 10k, I call and sb folds.
Turn is a low card not connected and BB bets 20k. I ship it all in for roughly 40k and they call. River is a brick and I'm up against AA.

I hated the whole situation but I felt like I can win enough that I can't fold.
Villain is not a great player and donks bet bluffs on occasion.

I know in hindsight it's easy to say just fold but I want to know how often I should be folding if at all?
