888 Hand Import Stopped working...
My hand import seemed to stop working on 888. The hud is displayed, but the stats aren't updated at the end of the hand. Also if I filter the reports for today, there aren't any hands. It was working a few days ago and I don't think anything changed on my computer or settings. Do you have any debugging tips?

My hands from 888poker are not being imported by Hand2Note 4 as well, not even when I try to import them straight from the .txt file in 888poker's destination folder.
It is weird because all files are there and everything is the way it is supposed to be, all updates have been installed and importing hands from folders or files is working pretty well with Pokerstars and GGPoker.
Also, I tried to copy/paste one of the hands from 888poker into a PokerStars file and it didn't work. I then tried to format a hand from 888 so that it looked exactly like a hand from Pokerstars, copied it into a new file with the correct name and it didn't work as well...
I think 888 has a high number of recs and I'm getting some good results over there. It just sucks that I can't make any kind of analysis... Anybody help?

same here. There are some days h2n4 doest import hand histories from 888.. Also looking for a solution.

Hello, could you please zip and send some sample hand history files from 888 to [email][email protected][/email]? It seems that the issue doesn't occur on all 888 skins, which is why we need sample hands to add support for the new format.
