Stats not showing on new hud/pop up

Hello,
Bought a hud, and hands are imported correctly into the database but hud and pop doesn't show any stats

(like here (except for wr i don't know why) ).
I have chose it as main pop up in configuration / Game tyes (same for hud) and in pop up editor and hud editor aswell.
did clear stat build stat, restart etc.
Any help on this matter?
