I found H2N software is working at CoinPoker. I dont get it whether CoinPoker allowed this or not.
And VeniVidi was saying that he use hand converter at coinpoker. So he can track the hand history.
Hud is not allowed but converter is fine?

It is best to check the rules regarding the use of HUD with the support team on the poker room's website.

If you need to disable the HUD for a specific room, go to the Updates section, select the tab for the desired room (in your case, CoinPokerDesktop), click on the three dots, and uninstall the module.

You can try closing Hand2Note and manually deleting this file, which will completely disable the HUD on CoinPoker: C:\Program Files\Hand2Note 4.1\integration\h2nCoinPokerDesktop.exe

Once we delete it it comes back again when we open Coinpoker again. Please advise further.

Hello, you can disable the HUD for a specific room directly in the HUD Editor. Just open the HUD Editor, select your profile, and then for all panels, enable the option: Hide on specific rooms -> choose CoinPoker.

Hello, could you please clarify your issue? CoinPoker is supported in Hand2Note 4 and Hand2Note 3, and no additional setup is required to play. You have to have an active ASIA or PRO subscription to play using Hand2Note 3. For Hand2Note 4 it is required to have PRO subscription, but it is possible to get a Trial for 14 days.

If you're experiencing problems with the HUD, please follow these steps:

For Hand2Note 4:

1. Add the entire Hand2Note folder `C:\Program Files\Hand2Note4.1\` to your antivirus exclusions.
2. Close all poker rooms.
3. Restart Hand2Note.
4. Go to the Updates section and install the latest update in the following tab: Hand2Note -> 4.1.31.

If the updates do not install for some reason, it’s likely that the module is still running in the background. You can try locating all Hand2Note-related processes in Task Manager and force close them, or simply reboot your PC.

Additionally, note that antivirus software can sometimes block the installation of updates, so ensure your antivirus is not interfering with the process.

For Hand2Note 3:

1. Update Hand2Note to the latest version 3.3.1.67: https://hand2note3.hand2note.com/Help/pa...
2. Make sure you have disabled the "Disable rooms compatibility auto updates" option in Configuration-> HUD then restart Hand2Note (if the option is enabled, switch it off, then Save and restart Hand2Note).

3. Launch Hand2Note as administrator first, and then CoinPoker as administrator as well

The Hud isn't popping up anymore, as well as my hands not being recorded on CoinPoker. Not having my stats be updated after a session is pretty frustrating and I'm not sure why it isnt working as of today. This wasn't an issue when I was playing on 11/26.

It’s possible that your ASIA or PRO subscription for Hand2Note 3 has expired. Please note that the HUD will not work without an active subscription, and hand histories will also not be imported into the program.

If your subscription is still active, could you please follow the setup instructions provided in the post above? Additionally, we recommend adding the Hand2Note folder to your antivirus exclusions, as antivirus software is often the cause of issues with the HUD for Asian applications.
