Working so slow as freezing
When H2N4 is opened, it takes about 10 minutes.
And in Report tab, when I use filter, it also takes about 10 minutes....
I read H2N website and reinstalled H2N4 following the the Hand2Note Reinstallation page, step by step. However the issue still on going at all.
my PC has RAM 32G, H2N4 consuming about 20G
Any advice?
Should I delete my database then import hands againg?

Probably the database was created on old versions.
Could you try to create a new one and import the hands again, this should fix your issue.

I created new database but
building Stats is very slow....
Frist 5mins for 4000hands/s then getting slow and slow 250hands/s
Could you please clarify H2N and database are installed on the SSD?
Both of H2N and database are installed on the HDD.
I already did disk defragment.
Speed of building stats is now less then 100hands/s
Hello. I'm afraid that with a HDD drive the speed will be about the same as yours, this is normal. Because this type of drive is very slow. We recommend you to use M2 or SATA format SSD drives.
