Data Discrepancies in Hand2Note?

I've noticed two discrepancies in my tracking data in my first 1K hands of using Hand2Note and I'd like to identify where this is occurring from to ensure my data tracking moving forward is accurate. I want to note that I'm positive I'm missing something here, nothing is wrong with the software, and I just need to be educated.

Discrepancy 1 - Hand Count in data vs Hand Count in popup

I currently have 820 hands played. When I select the popup, however, it says I have 778. I thought at first "maybe this is representing the 3-6max games I have played and not displaying my HU hands/stats." This is not the case, though. Please see the below:

Discrepancy 2 - Hands not being uploaded/tracked

I have hands on WPN from 1/4 - 1/6. Hand2Note does not seem to have my hands from Jan 4th. Below is a screenshot of some of my activity from Jan 4th. Hand2Note doesnt have any of it. Am I uploading from the wrong file location? ACR Poker > handHistory > WilframAlpha? I've won $36 according to my site balance and that amount is off compared to what is in H2N and I think it may be because of these?
