Import from poker stars not working
I'm trying to import the hands that PS saves on the computer, I click import and nothing happens. I looked at the "dev tool" and the message "An unhandled error has occurred."
Another problem is that the HUD on the PS doesn't appear either.

Also please check the Auto Import settings. Sometimes the settings can change or get lost after updating.
Example of correct configuration:
1. PS client is required to be installed in English.
2. Save My Hand History should be checked.
3. Save in English should also be checked.
4. You should copy the save path to the Hand2Note settings for the two tabs Hand History and Tournament Summaries.
The problem was with the PS language, changing it to English and saving the hands in English also solved the problem.
