HUD stopped working on Chico after today's update

Chico had some update this morning and now H2N hud isnt appearing and games arent being imported. Will there be an update for this anytime soon?

Hello,

Our developers are aware of this issue and should release a fix soon. There are no exact timeframes at the moment, but we are doing everything possible to restore the HUD support as soon as possible.

Any update on this? Sucks paying for a h2n sub that doesnt even import hands let alone show hud on table


We have already released a fix for H2N3.


Could you please close all rooms -> Restart Hand2Note -> Open Chico as administrator and check.

Make sure this option is disabled before restarting H2N:



Thanks, Is there anyway to import the missed HH that H2N didnt collect over past week but PT4 did. I try to import and it just doesnt work


Boost-table (zoom) hud does not work. Please check


Same for Windfalls, but I was told the update was for regular cash games only. Can't confirm this though. If it's true then the update's description is misleading as not all functionality was restored.

Hi, HUD is only showing on OBSERVED a tables and not showing for any tables with HERO sitting, are you aware of this issue?


Only works while observing a game with no Hero in


Room is showing chico games as 'ohpoker' games, maybe this is the issue?

Exactly, they are aware, I told them 2 days ago that I and other players were experiencing this issue. But I still keep seeing they reply with this standard message they posted in this thread and giving us steps to fix it like the problem is on our side, instead of recognizing the problem openly.

We love Hand2Note and our feedback is to try to improve it. So please, accept it and hear us when we say there's a problem.

are you now aware of the issue h2n hud showing wrong players hud on tables randomly, sometimes even showing my own stats instead of villains lol


And it's still not working for Windfalls, even if it's fresh installation of everything.
Other rooms are fine (iPoker at least), so this problem is definitely not on my end.
Third patch incoming?

Haven't tried the latest H2N4 update yet, but I was told it wasn't working for Windfalls either.

Yes, this is a known issue. We will fix it in the next update. You can help fix it faster if you сould provide additional information:

1. Close Hand2Note.
2. Delete the log folder from C:\Program Files\Hand2Note\logs
3. Run Hand2Note.
4. Reproduce the issue and record a short video so we can see the table titles and your PC's time.
(There's no way to take screenshots or record video in the Chico network, but you can do it on your phone)
5. Close Hand2Note.
6. Zip the folder with new logs C:\Program Files\Hand2Note\logs with all subfolders.
7. Send us the logs folder (from step 6) and video from step 4

If the files size is too large, you can upload to any file sharing site and send a link to [email]support@hand2note.com[/email]

The third patch seems to have fixed my issues, will keep testing on multiple tables.
