Cannot access HUD/Popup Package
I downloaded a hud package, entered my serial key, imported the package from my files, and then restarted hand2note. But, when I go to configuration I am unable to select and use what I purchased. I am on Mac and using Hand2Note 4 if that matters. Thanks for any help.

Unfortunately, the Import package from files feature does not work in the macOS version so far.
You should try contacting the developer and request the installation files of the config in a different format.
Or you can install this config on Win, and then copy the contents of this folder C:\Program Files\Hand2Note4\Config to Documents\Hand2Note4\Config
How should I go about getting the files imported to hand2note? I just used parallels to install the popups into a configuration using the import package feature on windows H2N, and saved that entire configuration. But there is still no way for me to upload this configuration into hand2note. Direct copying/pasting into the existing configuration file did not work, and the "Import Config From File" tool is broken just like the "Import package from file" is.
