H2N4 stopped to import hands after 888 update

Hi, after 888 update, h2n4 stopped to import hands.

Don't know what happenned. Now the HH folder only contains the summary file.

Hello, our developers are aware of this issue and should release an update soon.

Unfortunately, there is no solution at the moment.


I've the same issue in WSOP PA. The latest software update to 64 bit version of 888 software seems to prevent hand import. The poker client version is p-82-en-4-8.36-2-25. Note the HUD continues to work fine, but new hands just aren't imported.

Any update on a timeline for this fix? Or is anyone aware of a hand grabber that works with this version of 888?

FYI: I'm on Hand2Note 3.3.1.62; Rooms Integration 1.0.1.81; Pacific (Sept 11, 2023 ) 2.0.0.21

Hello,

As far as we know, the use of HUDs is prohibited on WSOP. Currently, after the latest update, the HUD may display at the tables, but the statistics will not update because the room does not save any hand history files. In the next update, the developers should disable the HUD for this room.

As a temporary solution, you can use one of the following methods to disable the HUD:
