criticall error

Hi, the Hand2note4 program does not start, reinstalling does not help. What could be the reason?

Hello,

Could you try deleting these files from the folder where Hand2Note is installed:

"C:\Program Files\Hand2Note4\Config\ConfigDatabase.h2ncg"
"C:\Program Files\Hand2Note4\Config\LastOpenedReportConfig.h2ncg"
"C:\Program Files\Hand2Note4\Config\ReportsConfig.h2ncg"

If it doesn't help, you'll have to delete your database manually, unfortunately, by default here C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\Hand2Note\Databases
But you will be able to restore your played hands by importing the following folders C:\Hand2Note4Hh\ and C:\MyHandsArchive_H2N4\ to new database.
