If so, I was not aware, and can I kindly ask for a refund for my subscription?

You can use in Hand2Note 4 all the same statistics packages that work in Hand2Note 3.

But you should contact the developer of this package to have them bind the license for this Popup to your Hand2Note 3 account. Once the license is activated, you will be able to enter that serial key in Hand2Note 4.
