Hand2Note4 not opening after 1st instalation

As I understood from the page below, one can use the H2N4 while it is on beta.
I installed it for the first time and when I try to run the program, it still shows the icon on the taskbar but then it crashes.
What may be the problem? Do I need a key even if its free to use? I didn't even see the possibility to input one.

Currently, the program is completely free during the beta testing period. No key or subscription is required. If you are experiencing the same error as shown in the screenshot in the provided link, the issue is likely related to WebView 2.
During the Hand2Note installation, you should be prompted to install all the necessary additional programs. However, if these programs cannot be installed automatically, could you please try to download and install them manually from the following links:
First, download and install .Net 7.0.5:

Then, download and install .Net 8.0.1:

Additionally, try installing WebView 2:

Please note that Hand2Note 4 only works on Windows 10+, older versions of Windows are not supported.
