It is likely a false positive from your antivirus/Windows Defender. You should try adding Hand2Note to the antivirus exclusions, or disable it.

The \Hand2Note\integration\ folder contains modules that are required for the HUD to work.

Hi, I downloaded it a year ago from official site (maybe through an affiliate link) when I bought a subscription, I don't use HUD, just checking hands and stats after sessions and this happened today for the first time.

There was an update released for modules of poker rooms that are in your screenshot, and it could probably be the trigger for the antivirus false positive.
