Hotkeys on Winamax don't work because of bug with Auto pop-up
Hello, I play on WM, using Playground and Shiva. 10 stacked tables.
"Auto pop-up(Multi-table)" option on WM is on, but when any slot with action is popped-up - i must left click with mouse on the table and only after that i can use hotkeys. I also noticed, that before i left click, slot has a thin yellow frame, although "active table border color"=none. After i left click - it disappears and hotkeys begin to work.
"Select table on mouse over" option is off, but i tested with it being on and it didn't help.
Version of H2N4 is 4.0.0.154, both tracker and room run from administrator.
Edit. without H2N4 all works fine.

Hello,
The issue with losing focus when switching tables on Winamax is known. Unfortunately, there is currently no way to fix it due to the specific characteristics of the poker room.
It's possible that the developers will address it in future updates.
I don't want to look like a smartass, but HM3 and PT4 don't have that problem. It must be something with Playground. Well, hope it will be resolved, thanks.

By the way, WM itself has its own bug - once every 10 minutes, a table will pop up on which there is no action, bug lasts 5-10 seconds. It is most likely associated with a glitch switching between two time banks (10s and 30s).

Hello, if the issue is on Hand2Note's side, developers will likely fix it in future updates. However, unfortunately, there is no estimated timeline for resolving this problem at the moment.
Hello, there was a recent update of both H2N4 and 3(at September 4 and 8 accordingly) for Winamax. Was it related to this topic?
Hello, yes, the recent updates for Winamax contained some fixes for issues with importing hands, and performance optimizations during play. However, the problem with hotkeys has not yet been fixed.
Hello, has the bug with the yellow frame and the hotkeys not working before clicking on the table been fixed? The sad thing is that there is no normally working tracker for Winamax using Playground and playing stack tables:
H2N3 does not work with the Playground.
H2N4 has the bug described above.
PT4 has the same bug.
HM3 has its own bug - incorrect hud (shows stats of players from the previous tournament).

Unfortunately, the bug was never fixed. I've been writing about it since last summer.. Again, HM3 does not have this problem, that is, even if it is a problem of the Winamax itself, the HM3 developers were able to somehow avoid this bug. Perhaps it's time to ask them how they did it, since one needs to pay the same amount per month for your product as for their lifetime(or annual in a worst case) subscription?
Is it possible to implement the "table under mouse bring to foreground" option? I just found out that this option in Winamax Caption partially solves the problem: if you move the mouse pointer outside the PG and back to the table area (without any mouse clicks), the frame disappears and the hotkeys work. And it would be even easier, like, to force the mouse to quickly click in the background if the pointer is in the table area.
