rake difference between trackers
Hi,
Ive imported 135k hands of bet365 cash games to different trackers...
HM3 & PT4 says i paid € 9087 rake exactly
H2N says i paid € 6951 rake...
How can 2 other trackers say the exact same different number? And it cant be because they are missing hands because the rake is actually higher there.
Can I trust the rake paid number of H2N when it comes to bet365 cash game hands?

Unfortunately, we don't have information on how accurately other trackers calculate the amount of rake. Typically, rake information is imported directly from the hand history files.
There may be issues with the calculation of rake in hands where players have taken a cashout. Hand2Note 3 does not support cashout in the iPoker network at all, and in Hand2Note 4, the rake amount may sometimes be displayed as higher than it actually is in such hands. The developers will add full support for cashout on iPoker network in next versions of Hand2Note 4.
If you find hands where Hand2Note has incorrectly calculated the rake, you can send examples of such hands to [email][email protected][/email], and we'll fix it in future versions.
Please note that hand histories from the iPoker network are supported only in their original format. Exported hands from PT4/HM3 are not supported because these trackers modify the format to their unique format. If you need to import such hands, you can do so only from HM3's archive folder: C:\HM3Archive.
yes, i use H2N 4 and import the hands straight from the bet365 (ipoker) folder in original format.
Its really hard to find hh where rake is off when importing 135k hands.
But what you mean is that H2N might display a rake amount that is higher than it actually is??? But then its really weird that other trackers have a 3k higher rake amount.
I will also contact bet365, maybe they have exact numbers of rake paid, then i'll know and let you know
btw, dont expect much from bet365 support. Ive asked them about my rake paid ans they basically answered with "what's rake??"
