My name not appearing, instead other hero appeared when installed, cannot find my hero...

Installed Hand 2 Note 4, and instead of my hero, some kind of unknown to me player appeared and is main Hero in Hand 2 Note. I tried to find my hero on PokerStars, but it does not appear on search list.
Another problem - default HUD that comes with installation does not work properly when I play game. Instead of statistics of VPIP, PFR and so on it shows "-- -- --" , and it does not change if I play long time.
If you know how to fix it, please help, as support is not answering and chat is not working

Hello, it seems that you are using a database with test data. Test data is activated when you click the "USE TEST DATA" button:
To fix this, could you please try creating a new database by going to Configuration -> Databases -> Create Database, then enter any name for the database and click Activate?
After that, you can delete the old database with demo hands. Note that the active database cannot be deleted, before deleting, you should create a new database and switch to it. After that the Delete button will become active for the previous database.
Once you've done this, you should check the Auto Import settings for PokerStars. Sometimes the settings can change or get lost after updating. Example of correct configuration:
1. PS client is required to be installed in English.
2. Save My Hand History should be checked.
3. Save in English should also be checked.
4. Copy the save path to the Hand2Note settings for the two tabs Hand History and Tournament Summaries.

I'm quite new to poker and trying these tracker programs for first time, its a bit hard, but eventually things go to the right place. Can't complain if its free 😀
