This has happened to me several times in version 4.1: I import hands, and when it gets to the end, it freezes and doesn't progress any further. When I close and reopen it, it stays stuck on loading and never opens.

Hello, this issue is likely caused by running out of disk space during the statistics building process, which leads to the freeze. If the program freezes while building stats, it can corrupt the database.
Could you please close Hand2Note and delete the 'reports' and 'statistics' folders from the directory where your database is stored? it's located here: C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Hand2Note/Databases\Hand2Note
Then launch Hand2Note and click on 'Import- > Clean & Rebuild Statistics.'
