Range Reschearch doesn't scan hands
Hi,
When i do a range Research via Game Type it doesn't scan any hand...
I have reinstall H2n, create a new database, use the default hud/profile and still nothing.......................

Could you please, reinstall Hand2Note 3 according to this instruction?
1. Reboot your PC
2 If you need to save your settings, copy your Config and Notes (C:\Program Files\Hand2Note\Config) folders in a safe place before uninstalling https://hand2note3.hand2note.com/Help/pa...
3. Remove database. By default, it is located in the following folder: C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Roaming\Hand2Note\h2ndb
4. Uninstall Hand2Note via Control Panel.
5. After the uninstallation has finished please manually delete all files from the install directory (default folder is located in C:\Program Files\Hand2Note).
6. Download and reinstall Hand2Note using the latest installer:

7. Run Hand2Note with default config (do not restore your config folder), enter your serial key in program and check if the issue persists
If everything is fine, you can return the previously saved config to Hand2Note directory. However, if your config has been oversaturated with various packs, a good solution would be not to restore it, but contact the developers only of the currently used HUDs and install the necessary packs on the default config.
Your database will be completely removed, but you will able to import all your hands into a new database from the archive (C:\MyHandsArchive_H2N or C:\Hand2NoteHh)
