Bovada - Lobby all black opening new tables

I'm having issues with Bovada. At the start of my grind, everything works normally—the HUD is functional, and all the hands played are being tracked. However, when I start opening more tournaments, I begin experiencing problems with the Bovada lobby. The tournament lobby goes completely black, new tournament lobbies won't open, and I can't register or open more tournaments. Even if I close and reopen the Bovada client, the issue persists. However, as soon as I close Hand2Note, the Bovada lobby goes back to normal. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Thank you.

Hello,

Could you please do the following?

1. Disable antivirus or add Hand2Note installation folder into exceptions list

2. Install all the latest Windows updates.
3. Ensure you're using the latest version of Hand2Note (3.3.1.67). You can find the version number in the bottom right corner of Hand2Note. If you're using an older version, please update it by following these instructions: https://hand2note3.hand2note.com/Help/pa...
4. Remove log files, and disable logging. To do this, go to Settings → Other options → Logging, uncheck all the options and click "Save. And You can safely delete the C:\Program Files\Hand2Note\logs folder. 
5. Make sure you have disabled the "Disable rooms compatibility auto updates" option in Configuration-> HUD then restart Hand2Note (if the option is enabled, switch it off, then Save and restart Hand2Note).
