Can't log in
Hi, I have a problem resetting my password.
The link does not send any e-mail, nor I can log with the previous password.
I tried to delete cookies, change browser, even change devices...but nothing happens.
I wrote to the support but surprisingly they say they can't help me and they are not answering anymore lol
Can someone help me here? Thanks

Hello, perhaps you are entering the email and password from the Hand2Note 3 website on the Hand2Note 4 website? Please note that you have to create a separate account for the Hand2Note 4 website, as the login details from Hand2Note 3 will not work.
If you don’t have an account on the new site, you should create a new one using the same email you use on the Hand2Note 3 site. This will ensure that HUD Packages purchased for the old version work in the new one.
if the problem is with the old site, сould you please try the following steps?
1. Clear your browser's cache and cookies or try using a different browser. Then attempt to reset the password again.
2. If that doesn’t work, try accessing the site in incognito mode and repeat the process.
