What to pay for?
Hello, i bought H2N4 as well as others expected that product is finished and ready to go.
What do we see ATM???
Product full of bugs, stats VS fish are bugged - not showing anything even if i choose OPPonent as FISH it doesnt count.
Popups are flying around the screen like a horses - when you open some OPR ranges wherever you put mouse 1000 popups coming "no hands found" when ur mouse goes over any hand without showdowns on that range table- what for? i can see that there is no hands no need for bloody popup there.....
Why you cannot make SIMPLE popup opening on the HUD? if i havent assigned POPUP for stat open MAIN POPUP, if i have assigned another POPUP let him come, why there is need for some magic "open with left and right click" ? It is just confusing to make FAST decisions which are MOST IMPORTANT while you playing POKER as timebanks are lower and lower on rooms and there is no extra second to go over and over trought all this stuff.
Also "range tables" dont have "alternative lines" option - why you have removed it? It was the thing to save time....
I am more than dissapointed by the product ATM - is there is a chance i can transfer my license to H2N3 instead? And i believe there is long way until H2N4 is going to be as good as H2N3,,,,

As a matter of fact any of the last 4.0.0.14x versions is/was better and more stable than 4.1. The fact that database structure has obv. fundamentally changed and other drastic changes like removing features from 4.1 which worked well in 4.0 indicate some serious issues
I assume something massive must have happened at the company level. Like head (and probably only competent programmer) quitting. Source code of 4.0 being destroyed. Company running out of money. Or somehting else, or all of the above.
4.1 is working great for me. I would never want to go back to 3.0 or 4.0
If you have bugs you can send reports/logs to devs/support and ime they are quick to address them.
Crying in a fit of baby rage just makes it look like you have no idea how to tweak settings for yourself.
4.1 is pretty stable in its latest updates so not sure what you mean @bigdog. What did they remove from 4.0 that you’re not finding in 4.1 because 4.1 is a pretty large upgrade for 4.0? Something probably did happen — they gave away free/cheap software for a long time and everyone mooched, now time to pay for a product and nobody wants to support them, I don’t understand the entitlement

But the fact that this program have more bugs (like x10 atm) than "beta" version of it is a bit surprising, in ur opinion its as it have to be? You know all who are buying this tools are trying to get best from the tables, but "fighting" with program and finding that some stats arent working or something youve been using for few days actually is incorrect and you may have lost money because of that function have not been tested before went live on a paid (not beta) product is painfull...
