Help needed please: H2N 4.1 Reports not showing hands/correct data

Love H2N4 so far--thank you! Digging into the reports, it appears that some data isn't being pulled. See screenshot:

There should clearly be 4 "Bet vs. Call, Flop" hands, and the stats for those hands show, but they do not show in the hands, results, positions, nor any other tab at the bottom of the "Bet vs. Call, Flop" window.

I've also noticed that if I update some setting (like changing which color markers are considered "reg" or not) or filter and look at a report, sometimes that report will have previous data in it, as though it's working off of cached data. Is there a way to force reports to update and show correctly?
