Switched from HM3 to H2N4

Switched from HM3 to H2N4 and imported all of my DB. I am seeing a discrepancy in my stats between softwares, specifically Ag., W%SD, and WWSF%. On HM3 the stats are 2.0, 53.5, 48.5. On H2N4 the stats are 2.9, 58, 50. Are the stats calculated differently between softwares?
