Clearing out old hands/new database

I know this has been discussed before but is it definitely not possible to remove my old hands from Hand to Note. They are taking up a lot of room, I thought there would be a way to purge them. If not how can I create a new database with a running hud?

At the moment if I try to remove any hands it just makes me rebuild them again before the hud imports any hands at all. Thanks.
