h2n did not import new tournaments and deleted my hands history

I was only able to import one tournament out of two and it said "no hands has been imported" when I wanted to import my new tournament.
so I uninstalled it and deleted all the h2n files.
but when I reinstalled it, it still didn't work, also in my hands history folder my tournaments were emptied of their content.

how is this done and how to fix it?

sorry for my english i used google translate.

Hello!

Your hands are stored in databases separately from Hand2Note. So, if you delete Hand2Note, your databases aren't deleted.

Could you please make sure you have the updated Hand2Note (Hand2Note 4.1.84 or Hand2Note 3.3.1.67)? If that's so, please send us these files to support@hand2note.com, so we can check them at our end and send you further instructions. Thank you!

i have the hand2note update 4.1.84.
what files do you want ?

Thanks for the reply and sorry for the delay with an answer.

We were referring to the files you sent on the screenshot. We can double-check them at our end to figure out the situation here. So, we'd be glad if you can send them to support@hand2note.com. Thanks in advance!

Per deleting hand history files. That's a normal process in Hand2Note called Archiving. Hand2Note moves your hands from the Auto Import folders to its archive folder (C:\MyHandsArchive_H2N4 by default) in order not to process the same files again. It helps to improve performance and database reliability.
