Our new Hand2Note 4.1.107 can handle that amount of hands, so you can just import them normally!

Yet, we'd recommend split your hands and import by a few parts, just in case!

You can review your HUD/Popups and delete some of them you don't use. That will reduce workload during building statistics and increase its speed.

Yet, if you need to build stats for your existing config, the only way to speed up the process is to upgrade your PC (mainly CPU and RAM).
