First time Range Research. Result is empty.
I just bought the Edge version and I'm trying to do a range research for the first time.
I'm playing at a very soft club on ClubGG and I'm trying to compare range strength in srp when the pfr checks to the fish and they stab. I want to compare their small stab size and their big stab size.
I created a report the filters in all the fish with the bad VPIP-PFR stats, and under Custom Report Stats I specified this node.
I click build and it says "81 players found. 81720 hands processed" but when I move to the results tab it's empty.
Can anyone help me please?

Sorry for the delay with an answer.
Once you buy an EDGE plan while having an active ASIA plan, Hand2Note automatically recalculates all active ASIA days to the EDGE ones. Since working with ClubGG hands requires an ASIA or PRO plan, most likely that's the cause of this situation.
If you have other rooms hands, you can try to check it with them. Also, if you want to use ASIA and EDGE benefits, we can switch you to the PRO plan. Just send us a request to [email protected] and we'll proceed with it within 24 hours.
