Unable to import my Hand2Note 4.0 configuration into Hand2Note 4.1
Hi, i am experiencing an issue with importing my configuration from Hand2Note 4.0 to Hand2Note 4.1. I have followed all the steps outlined for migration, but despite completing the import process, nothing is displaying in Hand2Note 4.1.
Here’s what I have done so far:
I downloaded and installed Hand2Note 4.1.
I used the “Convert H2N4 Config” option and selected the folder located at C:\Program Files\Hand2Note4, which completed successfully. After restarting the application, however, nothing is displaying.
Upon further inspection, I noticed that the config folder in Hand2Note 4.1 contains all the files from my previous Hand2Note 4.0 configuration. Despite this, the settings do not appear to load or display properly within the application.
I also tried copying the configuration files manually into the C:\Users[Your_Username]\AppData\Roaming\Hand2Note4 directory, but again, this did not solve the issue.

H2N4 today ended everyone that was using 4.0 (i think) so its no point trying to fix your problem today imo. Their site seems semi-down as well form all the traffic.

We're sorry for the situation you faced. Could you please delete all the files you have in C:\Program Files\Hand2Note4.1\Config, launch Hand2Note and then try to convert your config again? This time, please select the exact Config folder of your Hand2Note 4.0 (C:\Program Files\Hand2Note4\Config by default).
It's a temporary solution for that, we'll fix that soon. Yet, that should help!

Thanks for the suggestion, but no — I uninstalled and reinstalled Hand2Note 4.1, and used 'C:\Program Files\Hand2Note4.1\Config' for the conversion, but nothing changed. Absolutely no configuration (stats, bet sizing, hand categories, etc.) was imported. There’s just a duplicate 'config' in the path to the Hand2Note 4.1 folder.

Could you please zip and send your logs folder from the root Hand2Note folder? Also, send a screenshot from C:\Program Files\Hand2Note4.1\Config with it.
