Hands getting stuck when importing
When I am building hands it keeps getting stuck after a certain amount so I cannot create a proper database. Just seems be problem after problem at the minute!

Other than that the program loads but there are blank stats on each player so not importing new hands either. Just annoying! Well any advice would be appreciated cheers.

We're sorry you faced such an issue.
It looks like Hand2Note recognized only a few hands from all these files. Could you please zip and send your logs folder: C:\Program Files\Hand2Note4.1\logs to [email protected]? You can also attach the original files you've tried to import (just a few of them). We'll carefully check them to track the issue.
If the file size is too large, you can upload it to any file sharing site and send a link.

Sent an e-mail of the hand to note logs but file may be too large. Regardless did build some stats but problem is still no new hands are being imported. Checked both pathways for importing are the same on Pokerstars and Hand to Note so not sure what else to try. Thanks!
